6. Revisions and Changes

The number of revisions included in each project will be specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Major changes to project scope after work has begun may require a revised proposal and additional fees.

7. Project Timelines

Estimated timelines will be provided for each project. These timelines depend on timely client feedback and content delivery. Delays caused by the client may extend the project timeline. Rush projects may be accommodated for an additional fee, subject to availability.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

If you wish to cancel a project, please notify us in writing. Deposits are generally non-refundable as they cover initial consultation and planning time. Refunds for work completed will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the project stage.

9. Limitation of Liability

Tailor AI Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your business information. We will not share your proprietary information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. This does not apply to information that is publicly available or becomes public through no fault of ours.
